PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Reports To: Owner

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and manage construction projects ranging from $1-$12 million. This leadership role requires a strategic partner who excels at planning, team development, stakeholder relationships, and delivering results on time and within budget.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and deliver projects ranging from $1-$12 million with hands-on budget development and team leadership

  • Lead and manage comprehensive project teams to achieve high-quality, timely results

  • Establish preliminary project schedules and support Site Supervisors in creating final schedules Budget & Financial Management

  • Lead project team to establish project budgets and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)

  • Accumulate bids and establish budget project spreadsheets

  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project budgets

  • Lead value engineering, means and methodology to ensure project feasibility Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that provide repeat business

  • Work collaboratively with A/E firms to establish plans and specifications

  • Establish and approve qualified bidder lists for projects

  • Establish project contracts with owners

  • Build productive relationships with project teams, contractors, government officials, and design consultants Quality & Compliance

  • Lead and track safety project requirements, pre-construction meetings, and safety work plans

  • Lead/track Site Supervisors and Assistant Project Managers in meeting daily/weekly quality control, safety, and scheduling needs

  • Create and lead monthly project scorecards

  • Ensure accuracy of project documentation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations Project Close-Out

  • Lead and manage comprehensive project closeout activities

  • Assure client sign-off of project punch list before occupancy

  • Manage final invoicing requirements

  • Perform warranty calls to meet company requirements
