Position Summary
CDO Group is seeking a customer-focused and solutions-oriented Warranty Manager to oversee post-construction warranty activities for completed commercial projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for previous clients, internal project teams, and subcontractors to resolve warranty-related concerns efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, a service-first mindset, and the ability to interpret construction contracts and warranty obligations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding post-construction warranty requests.
Evaluate warranty claims and determine appropriate resolution based on project documentation and contract requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to schedule and complete warranty repairs.
Monitor warranty issues from initial request through final resolution while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Interpret construction contracts, warranty provisions, and project closeout documentation to determine responsibility and scope.
Maintain detailed records of warranty requests, communications, and completed corrective work.
Prioritize multiple warranty issues while ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
Collaborate with internal project teams to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements for future projects.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Represent CDO Group professionally while reinforcing our commitment to quality and customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction, facilities management, property maintenance, warranty administration, or project coordination preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology.
Ability to read and interpret construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
